Shreeya practices in the areas of criminal law, regulatory defence and constitutional law. Prior to joining Fenton Law Barristers, Shreeya articled at a reputable criminal law firm in downtown Toronto.
Shreeya earned her degree at the Lincoln Alexander School of Law at Toronto Metropolitan University. In law school, Shreeya served in various leadership positions on campus including President of Criminal Law Student Society and Vice President of the South Asian Law Students’ Association. She was also engaged in off campus leadership roles, including acting as a student advocacy liaison with the South Asian Bar Association. Shreeya has a keen interest in criminal law and worked with various criminal defence firms over her summers. She was also a research assistant for her Academic Dean throughout law school, focusing on topics of criminal law and the development of policies.
Prior to law school, Shreeya graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Arts, completing a major in criminology and a minor in women’s studies.
